Please note that to receive all the offers and benefits of MyChippy you need to opt-in to marketing communications, or we will not be able to send you monthly coupons and discounts.
To start collecting rewards, simply create a My Chippy account and opt into marketing.
Online Purchases:
When you order online via order.mychippy.uk while logged into your account, your Chippy Points and stamps will be automatically added after checkout.
In-Store Purchases:
You can also store your rewards card in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access - just present it at the till instead of opening the app.
Every time that you make a purchase in-store or online you can earn rewards.

Once you hit a reward threshold - 200 chippy points/5 stamps - you will receive a rewards coupon. Coupons can be redeemed in-store and through our online ordering platforms on click and collect and home delivery (available in selected stores). Coupons cannot be redeemed through any third-party aggregators such as Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats. Coupons are valid for 4 weeks from the date of issue.
If you sign up to our My Chippy loyalty scheme by 30th April 2025, you’ll receive two exclusive coupons for 50% off chips. These will be added to your account and are valid for 30 days from the date you sign up. The latest date you can sign up is 30th April, and this would mean your coupons are valid 29th May 2025. Customers who sign up after 30th April 2025 will not be eligible for this offer.
Here’s what you get:
You can use one coupon per transaction, and each coupon can be used once every 5 days. After use, the coupon goes dormant for 5 days/120 hours (e.g., if you use it at 5:30pm, it will unlock again at 5:30pm five days later). To get the full benefit—up to 18 half-price portions—you’ll need to use both coupons on your sign-up day and then every 5 days until the end of your 30-day period.
Both regular and large chips qualify, but the discount always applies to the cheapest portion in your order. Coupon B works like a Buy One Get One Free deal behind the scenes—so if you order a mix of sizes, only the value of a regular portion will be discounted.
You can redeem your coupons in-store or through our online ordering platform (click & collect or home delivery). Make sure to apply the coupon in your basket, as it won’t apply automatically. Coupons cannot be used via third-party delivery services like Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats.

If your order total comes to less that £10 you will receive Chippy Points on your order, but you will not receive a stamp. Stamps are only awarded on orders over £10.
If you have opted into marketing when joining, you will receive 4 welcome coupons. These coupons are single use and can be used any day at any time, they are valid for 4 weeks.
In addition to regular chippy points and stamps awarded on transactions, members will also receive regular monthly coupons on the 18th of the month. These coupons are valid for 4 weeks.
If you registered your birthday on sign-up you will also receive a 25% off coupon a week before your birthday. It will be valid for 2 weeks.
You will receive welcome coupons upon signing up. From 1st April, you will receive new offers automatically on the 18th of every month. These will sit on your My Chippy app or desktop account. They will be valid for 4 weeks.

We’ll stop giving out our existing stamp cards on the date your favourite store launches the new reward system, but don’t worry, you’ll be able to redeem partially completed cards at the till up until 1st May; so be sure to redeem any remaining rewards before then.
Yes, your reward coupons will expire 4 weeks after it has been issued.
If you have provided your date of birth to receive our birthday offers, this coupon expires 2 weeks after it has been issued.
It is not possible to use a coupon after the expiry date and no time extensions can be given.

Click on the Forgotten password link under the sign-in fields. Enter the email address associated with your My Chippy account. You will be sent an email with steps to set a new password.

When you are at the till remember to open your app and show your rewards barcode, the team member will scan it and your points and stamps for that transaction will automatically be added to your account. Yes, you can earn chippy points on all transactions, regardless of whether a coupon has been applied. However, transactions including coupons do not qualify for a stamp.
